Our family has an unavoidable golden rule: respect for the environment, starting with biodegradable cups and palettes.
We prepare our gelato according to that rule. We use almost 40% of uncompromised fresh fruit, natural paste mixes and organic cane sugar, no artifical colours, flavours, or preservatives; we use locally produced high quality milk and chocolate from selected cocoa beans.
We are glad that our clients can check if everything is finely prepared: our open laboratories allow the clients to follow the procedures of making artisan gelato and to verify how Giannoni family prepares it.
