Our family has an unavoidable golden rule: respect for the environment, starting with biodegradable cups and palettes.

We prepare our gelato according to that rule. We use almost 40% of uncompromised fresh fruit, natural paste mixes and organic cane sugar, no artifical colours, flavours, or preservatives, we use locally produced high quality milk and chocolate from selected cocoa beans.

We are glad that our clients can check if everything is finely prepared: our open laboratories allow the clients to follow the procedures of making artisan gelato and to verify how Giannoni family prepares it.
